The Founder
Meet Lily Bulotti
Lily Bulotti is an events and experiential marketing professional with a background spanning technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and higher education. Her work has always centered on the same idea: creating experiences that bring people together in meaningful ways.
Before founding Afterlight, Lily built her career creating events and experiences for leading technology organizations and Stanford University. Her work has included executive gatherings, private dinners, conferences, customer experiences, brand activations, and community programs—often bringing together the people shaping the future of technology and AI.
Her experience spans the entire life of an event, from the first creative concept through production and the final guest departure. She brings equal attention to the big picture and the details in between: thoughtful design, considered hospitality, seamless logistics, and an experience that feels effortless to the people in the room.
Across years of working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments, Lily developed an appreciation for what makes an event truly memorable. Not excess, but intention. Not perfection for its own sake, but a sense that every element belongs.
That philosophy became the foundation for Afterlight.
Today, Lily brings her background in strategy, production, marketing, and storytelling to weddings, private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and brand experiences. Her approach is personal and highly considered—creating events that feel distinctive to the people behind them, while ensuring every detail is thoughtfully handled behind the scenes.
